While we strive for accuracy and reliability in all our services and content, Agent 65 disclaims any liability for errors, omissions, or outdated information. All services are provided "as is" and "as available."

01. Subscription Terms

By clicking “Subscribe,” you agree to the following:

  • Services Covered – The subscription covers the specific support and maintenance services listed in your plan. Any work outside of that scope will be billed separately.
  • Service Hours & Response – Support is available during published business hours unless otherwise agreed. Response and resolution times are based on best efforts.
  • Exclusions – The subscription does not cover:
    • Physical hardware replacement (unless included in plan).
    • Damage from misuse, accidents, environmental factors, or third-party interference.
    • Work on unsupported or unlicensed software/hardware.
  • Customer Obligations – You agree to maintain valid licenses, perform necessary system updates, and follow Agent 65’s reasonable recommendations.
  • Liability Limitation – Agent 65 will not be liable for:
    • Loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
    • Any indirect or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.
  • Data & Backup – You are responsible for maintaining adequate backups unless backup service is explicitly included in your plan.
  • Billing & Renewal – Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Termination – Agent 65 may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse of services, or breach of these terms.

02. Ownership of Website and Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on this site are the property of Agent 65 unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

03. Privacy and Data Handling

We take your privacy seriously. All customer data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except when legally required.

04. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Belfast.
